HOW WE WORK WITH OUR CLIENTS:

STEP ONE: REACH OUT
 

Reach out to us by phone or email with your project details. We'll discuss your requirements and determine if an initial site meeting is necessary to review the scope of work.


STEP TWO: Design and Quotation

 

If you don't have plans, we'll create design plans for your approval. Once approved, we'll provide a quote and estimated delivery/installation time.


STEP THREE: Confirmation and Pre-Production

 

After approving the quote and providing all necessary information, we'll book your job into our system. We'll then start the pre-production paperwork, including production plans, material orders, and job scheduling.


STEP FOUR: Production

 

Production begins once all materials have arrived. Your project will move through our facility, with each stage of production carefully managed until it's ready for dispatch.


STEP FIVE: Installation Booking 
 

We'll schedule the installation with you a week in advance.


STEP SIX: Delivery & Installation
 

Our team will deliver and install your project according to the approved plans and scope of work.


STEP SEVEN: Completion & Invoicing
 

After installation, we'll clean the display, take photos, and address any outstanding issues. Once everything is completed to your satisfaction, we'll send an invoice along with the photos for payment.
